Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Items that are faulty or damaged may be returned for replacement. Please give us a ring immediately if there is an issue so we can make sure you have replacement product when you need it. We will check all stock going out to ensure it is ready for use.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Return faulty product to us in person at our warehouse in Dubbo, 3A Rosulyn Street Dubbo NSW 2830, ring us first so we can make sure someone can meet you.

Care for FRAGILE items
Please ensure any fragile products, eg those in glass are cared for adequately as those broken at your end are unable to be replaced free of charge. If they are broken in transit by the delivery company please let us know immediately on arrival.
